Fortuna Wormerveer (in full Sports Association Fortuna Wormerveer) is an amateur football club from Wormerveer, municipality of Zaanstad, North Holland, Netherlands.

The club was founded in 2007 as a result of the merger between the football club VV Wormerveer and the tennis club TV Wormerveer. The football club was in turn created in 2003 from a merger between the Wormerveerse football clubs QSC and WFC. The club has a tennis and football department.

The club was best known for its women's section, which could be counted among the best in the country and played at the highest amateur level up to and including the 2011/12 season. This last season, the club relegated to the Hoofdklasse, since the introduction of the Topklasse, the second amateur level. In the 2014/15 season, this team returned to the highest amateur level. As of the 2017/18 season, performance women's football has been dissolved.
