The 2012-2013 season of NAC Breda was the 56th season of the Dutch football club from Breda in professional football. The club played in the Eredivisie just like the previous season, when it finished in 13th place.
On September 19, 2012, NAC Breda existed 100 years, which is why a logo was worn in the 2012-2013 season based on the very first NAC logo. In the previous season, NAC Breda had finished in thirteenth place after the regular competition. NAC Breda's financial position had improved compared to the previous season, although the club was the only club from the Eredivisie still classified in category 1 at the start of the 2012-2013 season. In December 2012, promotion to category 2 followed after a new assessment by the KNVB.
On October 23, 2012, it was announced that trainer John Karelse had been fired due to disappointing results. Adrie Bogers succeeded him as interim coach. On November 21, 2012, Nebojša Gudelj was appointed head coach, which was extended in February 2013 through the 2014-2015 season.
