This Matchworn K.M.S.K. Deinze home shirt of the 2023-2024 season has been worn by Kosovar International Lindon Balaj.

Liridon Balaj(La Chaux-de-Fonds, 15 August 1999) is a Kosovar footballer who has played for KMSK Deinze since 2022.

In 2019, Balaj transferred from KF Besa to the Swiss first division club FC Aarau. He played there for three seasons. In September 2022, he signed a two-year contract with an option for a third year with the Belgian second division club KMSK Deinze. On 8 November 2022, he opened his goal account for Deinze in the cup match against KAS Eupen. On 21 December 2022, he also scored against Zulte Waregem in the Belgian Cup. Thanks to Balaj's goal, Deinze seemed on its way to knock out the two-time cup winner and thus reach the quarter-finals of the Belgian Cup for the first time in its club history, but two late goals from Alioune Ndour still punctured Deinze's cup dream.

Balaj made his international debut for Kosovo on 31 May 2021: in a friendly against Guinea (1-2 loss), national coach Bernard Challandes let him come on during half-time.
