Original Robey training shirt JVOZ 2019/20

JVOZ's mission is to be the high-quality youth football academy in Zeeland, which allows as many Zeelandic talents as possible to transfer to professional football. Talents who do not make it to a Paid Football Organization generally return to Zeeland clubs and are thus an enrichment for Zeeland amateur football.

In its vision, JVOZ wants all talent teams to receive training and guidance from a professional training team, whereby experience from professional football is brought into the organization. JVOZ also wants all teams to play as high as possible in the youth competitions of the KNVB, and that every year at least 1 youth football player moves on to a Paid Football Organization. In recent years, dozens of talents have made the step to professional football via JVOZ.
