Giacomo Quagliata (born February 19, 2000) is an Italian footballer who plays as a defender for Heracles Almelo.

Giacomo Quagliata played in the youth of Polisportiva Calcio Sicilia and FC Pro Vercelli 1892. Pro Vercelli loaned him to SSD Latina Calcio 1932 in the 2018/19 season and to SSC Bari in the second half of the season, both playing in Serie D, the highest Italian amateur level. . With Bari he became champion of the group, which resulted in promotion to the Serie C. In the 2019/20 season he became a permanent fixture at Pro Vercelli in the Serie C. In the winter break, however, he was bought by Heracles Almelo, as a replacement for Lennart Czyborra, but he didn't make his debut until the 2020/21 season.
