GSVV The Knickerbockers is an amateur football club from the city of Groningen in the municipality and province of the same name, the Netherlands.

The “Groninger Student Football Association The Knickerbockers” was founded on February 15, 1967. Home base are the sports fields “TKBello” at the “Sportpark University Sports Center”.

Every year, The Knickerbockers organizes the so-called “International Tournament”, in which 500 students from the Netherlands and abroad participate. In addition, the “Knockerbicker Tournament” is also held annually, this tournament is for men's teams that play in the reserve 4th class or lower and for women's teams that play in the 3rd class or lower.

The first women's football team has been playing in the national Hoofdklasse Saturday since the 2021/22 season. This team played four seasons at the highest amateur level from 2008/09-2009/10 (Hoofdklasse) and 2012/13-2013/14 (Topklasse).
