Groupama-FDJ is a French cycling team, sponsored by the French gaming company La Française des Jeux and - as of March 4, 2018 - Groupama, an insurance company.

The team has been active in the peloton since 1997, first as La Française des Jeux, and was called FDJeux.com in 2003 and 2004. However, with the introduction of the UCI ProTour in 2005, the team regained its old name. In mid-2010 the name was changed to FDJ and from the 2012 season onwards the team will be called FDJ-BigMat after a merger with the BigMat-Auber 93 formation. After a year, Française des Jeux is again the sole main sponsor.
