The team is the successor of the formation that was sponsored in 2013 and 2014 by Belkin and in the years before that by Rabobank. The budget has decreased compared to 2014 and the team has had to say goodbye to leaders Bauke Mollema and Lars Boom. The team colors are yellow and black, but the kit will probably have to be changed for the Tour de France because it contains too much yellow.

The team is part of a partnership with the Team LottoNL-Jumbo skating team that trains under the leadership of Jac Orie.
