Jeffrey Gouweleeuw (born 10 July 1991 in Heemskerk) is a Dutch professional footballer who usually plays as a defender. He exchanged AZ for FC Augsburg in January 2016.

In May 2013, Gouweleeuw signed a contract with AZ until mid-2018, the number ten in the Eredivisie in the previous season. Here too he played in the starting team. In the first season with his new club he finished number eight in the Eredivisie, and number three in the 2014/2015 season. After his teammate Nemanja Gudelj left for Ajax in the summer of 2015, then coach John van den Brom appointed Gouweleeuw as captain of AZ in July 2015.
