Description
Heerenveen is playing in the Eredivisie this season and is competing for the KNVB Cup. It is Jurgen Streppel's second season as coach of SC Heerenveen. In May 2017, assistant coach Tieme Klompe indicated that he will leave the club, Gerald Sibon will also not be part of the technical staff in the new season. Michel Vonk was appointed as Klompe's successor in June 2017.
