HC & FC Victoria (Hilversumsche Cricket & Football Club Victoria), is a Dutch amateur football club from Hilversum, founded on October 8, 1893. It is one of the oldest football clubs in the Netherlands. The first team comes out in the Second Division (season 2021/2022).

Victoria has 1800 members, of which 1200 youth members, and is the largest club in Het Gooi. The club has 7 senior field football teams (one of which is a veteran team) and one futsal team. The club has a large youth department with thirteen junior teams, forty pupil teams and five girls teams. There are also eighteen mini-pupil teams called Little Stars and Middle Stars. Both the senior teams and all youth teams play on Saturdays. Victoria also has a thriving Victoria Parent Football Competition in which 20 'father teams' participate. They play fourteen times a year on Friday evening or Saturday afternoon. Finally, Victoria has two 30+ women's teams.

Victoria has its own sports complex located at 't Jagerspaadje 26 in Loosdrecht. Victoria has six football pitches, including four synthetic turf pitches, and two all-weather tennis courts. Cricket is played on one of the grass pitches from May to September by the Hilversumsche Cricket Club.
