The 2010–2011 season of FC Den Bosch was the 44th year in the existence of this Dutch professional football club from the city of the same name. The club played in the Eerste Divisie and participated in the tournament for the KNVB cup. Under the leadership of trainer coach Alfons Groenendijk, FC Den Bosch finished in eighth place in the final ranking. In the cup tournament, the club lost at home in the third round to premier divisionist AZ Alkmaar, partly due to two hits from Brazilian striker Jonathas. John Verhoek scored the most goals of the selection: he scored ten times.
