Vasalunds IF is a Swedish football club from Solna. The club was founded in 1934. Home games are played at the Skytteholms IP, which can accommodate 4,000 spectators. The club colors are red-black.

In 2002 the club merged with Essinge IK to form Vasalund/Essinge IF. The current name was adopted in 2008.

In history, Vasalund usually plays in the amateur series, but occasionally also in professional football. The Superettan was the highest achievable. Since the turn of the century, it only reached the second tier in 2009 and 2021. Both appearances at the Superettan lasted only a year.
