AVC La Première is a Dutch amateur football club from Almelo in Overijssel, founded in 1909. The club's first team plays in the Fourth Division Sunday (2020/21). The players of AVC La Première play in a white-red shirt, red shorts and white-red stockings.

The club plays at Sportpark Ossen Koppelerhoek in Almelo, together with, among others, the football clubs SV Almelo and Oranje Nassau.

AVC La Première was founded on March 9, 1909. The club had a predecessor under the name HBS (Houdt Braef Stant), but because this name already existed, it was decided to change the name to AVC La Première. In the early years, it was played at a farm on the Beeklustlaan in Almelo. In 1963 it was decided to move to another place where a new complex was built.
